Q&A Developments is a Nashville-based real estate partnership founded in 2013 by Ashley Quinn & Nick Adler. The company is focused on single and multifamily residential housing projects throughout the Nashville urban core as well as redevelopment/value-add projects throughout Tennessee.  The partners have successfully designed and developed a variety of properties, with a focus on achieving value through rezoning underutilized parcels.  Q&A has been involved in the planning and development of more than $150 million of new construction projects and retains ownership and active management of another $25 million in current assets.
